Murza
An invitation to a Corsican aperitif
Murza is the perfect Corsican aperitif.
Slightly bitter, woody and dry, it reveals very pleasant myrtle, citron and berry notes.
We could compare it to a negroni, yet much less bitter.
It definitely invites you to revisit the smells of the maquis and lose yourself in them for a brief moment.
Ingredients
20 ml Edizione Corsa
20ml Audemus Sepia Bitter
20cl red Lillet
20ml araschino liquor
Garnish : maraschino cherry or thin slice of orange

How to make
Use a mixing glass filled with ice cubes to combine and chill the ingredients. Mix well with a mixing spoon. Pour into a tumbler glass with a nice ice cube.
