Easy to create, incredibly refreshing, fruity, and seasonal—this will undoubtedly become a must-have for your poolside aperitifs. Opt for fresh strawberries from the market and preferably organic limes.

The essential oils from the lime will infuse the drink as you crush the whole fruit in the glass, providing the same enjoyable element found in a mojito. The pulp that emerges from the fruits adds a delightful visual treat.

A little tip for you: using a matcha straw prevents the pulp from rising too quickly while you sip your cocktail.

60ml of Edizione Corsa
2 strawberries
½ lime
150 ml Ginger Ale
Ice cubes

Garnish : ¼ strawberry to nibble on, or a zest of lime

How to make

1. In a mixing glass, crush the strawberries and half of the lime (cut into two halves) using a muddler. Add Melifera Edizione Corsa and ice cubes. Stir well with a mixing spoon.
2. Add Ginger Ale and pour into a large wine glass or highball glass. Feel free to add crushed ice!
