anchored and zesty

In Immortelle Charente, Jeremy plays on the Charente heritage of Melifera. Our Gin and its immortelle aromas blend seamlessly here with Pineau des Charentes and the equally Charente-native melon. Verjus, an alternative to lemon, sourced from the region’s vineyards, adds a touch of acidity to create a floral, fruity, and zesty cocktail.
